DESCRIBTION
This poster is an art print of the series `WILDHEARTS` by the artist Franz Tolli. Franz Tolli, known for his strokes, points in this series with the finger at the extinction of species on our planet.
The number of strokes on the respective print shows the number of remaining living animals, of the species shown in the print, worldwide.
Or like in this print, the number of strokes showing the number of elephants that are estimated to be poached each month.
In the extended series `WILDHEARTS feat. Wildhearts of Hollywood` the number of strokes shows the number of stars on the Hollywood Walk Of Fame. The Hollywood-Star is also an endangered species, if you look at the number of stars and the number of those who are still alive.
Of course, this type of extinction is not meant to be serious, but it shows the seriousness of the species that are really threatened with extinction! Hollywood spends attention here, because the Wildhearts are the real stars on our planet which need to be protected!
